Opened as the Fairmont Theatre on September 21, 1929 with Laura La Plante in “Showboat”. It was renamed the Roxy Theatre on May 31, 1936 screening Errol Flynn in “Captain Blood” & Frank McHugh in “Freshman Love”. Closed as a movie theatre in 1946, and now houses retail.

Listed as the Roxy Theatre in Film Daily Yearbook’s;1941 and 1943 editions. Seating capacity is given as 450.

This opened as the Fairmount theatre on September 21st, 1929 and reopened as Roxy on May 31st, 1936. Grand opening ads posted.
