1936 photo showing adjoining land for the proposed new development of the Picture Palace Cinema, however, this never materialised. Interesting to see the Kemp & Tasker draftsman’s parked car door left open whilst taking the photographs. Either he was in a hurry or realised this proposed new cinema was a non starter!!!
