It was opened in a former house and was very small. The correct address was 402 Main street. The building was demolished sometimes between 2009 and 2013 as can be seen on Google Streetview.

The building is still there today as the Lady Luck Lounge. If you look closely at the Google Streetview you can see the faint outline of the theatre’s arched entryway on the building’s facade.
There’s a Palace Theatre listed at 414 5th St S in the 1927 Lethbridge City Directory, so it seems this theatre was open as the Palace before it became the Capitol in 1929.
There were three separate Starland Theatres on this site. The first one was the one originally known as the Royal which became the Starland in 1910 - it actually sat just south of this address. The second opened in 1911 and was closed and demolished in 1921. The third one opened later in 1921.
The Lyric was listed in the 1914/15 American Motion Picture Directory as being at the corner of Maple St and Florence St in Ansted, so it was probably not the same theatre.
That being said, Maple & Florence Sts do not meet so was it an error or have streets been renamed/rerouted in the last 100+ years?
Further research indicates the Anas Theatre opened in 1927 as the Manas Theatre before being renamed in 1940. It was on Main St at Avenue E and has long since been demolished for a steel plant.
Now a live theatre known as The The Playhouse at Waterville Station.

This Walgreens is closing November 13, 2023. I wonder if there’s any chance this building could become a theatre again or if it was gutted too much.
Was it demolished? I can find no articles about this. Columbia Park is where the lobby used to be, but last I saw the auditorium was still there.

This was farther down the road. 1720 Broadway Ave E would be a more accurate address.
Address was 1316 Central Avenue
According to the Alberta Registry of Historic Places the street address to this building is 7738, not 7724 as listed here.

501 S Broadway St would be a better address as that is where the parking lot is. 500 is a house across the street.
