The New Center Theatre was opened in 1927. In 1928 it was renamed White Theatre. On May 26, 1956, Motion Picture Herald included the White Theatre of Hayes Center, Neb., in a list of theaters that had closed since the first of that year. In 2025 the former theatre is a bar.

First opened as the New Center Theatre in 1927, but became the White Theatre one year later in 1928. It was closed in 1959.
Address is 406 Tate Ave. The building still says White Theatre on the front, but is now home to a bar.
