Garfield Picture Theatre, Victoria Australia - Theatre owner, Fred Perez speaks … After the floor was completed we realized that it was just the tip of a massive iceberg .. The theatre had no roof lining, and needed a major overhaul. Honestly you could see the daylight coming through the rusty sheets of iron. Moving forward we installed a new green Colorbond roof, along with a layer of acoustic insulation, then a huge blanket of thermal (check out the photo) Scaffolding was erected and plaster sheeting installed.
