The Garfield Picture Theatre, Victoria Australia - Theatre owner, Fred Perez speaks – The theatre was a shocker when we first walked through the door, the floor was shaking under our feet, that’s how bad the substrata was. We lifted all the boards up & dug out the rotting stumps & bearers. We decided to pour a huge concrete slab to cover the front & back stall area. Then we cleaned & sanded all the surviving boards.
