Rivieraservices, equipment and furnishings are worth much more installed where they are as a turn-key business. I will have no problem getting the lease transferred to someone local if I need to liquidate No, the business isn’t doing well under my management or I wouldn’t be willing to take such a large loss. This ad is merely an attempt to encourage people who might be interested in moving to this beautiful location and buy in cheaply to an established theater in a small town with lots of talent. Rather than passing on a problem, I’d like to pass on an opportunity. This is not a good fit for most people in the big theater business. A musical couple or family could make this a good income.
John Messick, I don’t see that I can post a photo on this site. If you send your address, I’ll forward some. The town is Lone Pine, CA, on Hwy 395…to narrow down the potential interest.
I posted a “for sale” note today on a small, new theater in California. Yes, it is a small town, but lots of tourists from around the world and LA area go through on this major Hwy. VERY, VERY cheap. I can send photos.
The place has not sold, though a local person may make an offer soon. Thank you all for your comments and interest. This will be my last posting.
