As of August 2023, Google Streetview shows this theatre building is still in existence at 318-3 Main Street with the name clearly visible on the facade. It appears to have been converted to apartments.
It appears the demolition is likely to come soon. Construction fencing went up around the property this week. All outlots and parking lots are cleared.

jAn ice cream parlor has been moved into the theatre.
Calling this a cinema is a bit of stretch. Their Facebook page shows a lounge area with 4 chairs and a table facing a wall mounted TV showing DVDs.

This has reopened and is now called the Little Lorraine. There is a page for it on the Lorraine Theatre website

Current Streetview shows this theatre has been repurposed as an AutoZone car parts store. The cupola with its weather vane is all that remains.
Story
I saw training films in this theatre in 1963 as a draftee in basic training. Typical Army post movie theatre and auditorium.
Silent films are shown here occasionally with live organ accompaniment. Function should include films and film festivals.
