Further investigation has resulted in discovering the building was erected in 1927 and was abandoned by the station in 1963 and the building was demolished in 1966.
The 5 May 1928 edition of Motion Picture News lists a Preston G Bradshaw as the original architect,which is also where the photos featured here are from.
There are exterior photos of this theatre in the Liebenberg and Kaplan papers at the University of Minnesota library which would indicate they were the architects in 1929.
A website on downtown Oshkosh states that is became the Strand in 1930,Raulf 1953 and Plaza 1968 and was demolished in 1979.The site is now occupied by Mainview Apartments.

According to an article in Motion Picture News which includes some interior photos this cinema opened in 1928 and was atmospheric in design.The architect is listed as Enrique Gil Y Castellanos.
The Wolfsonian archives in Florida have a date for this theatre of 1965,so Drew Eberson would be the architect as John died in 1954.The Cheltenham Theatre was also Drew Eberson built somewhere between 1960 and 1963.
It appears that the Alvin Strauss atmospheric version of the Court Theatre opnened 9 Dec 1928.
Just found a local newspaper which states the theatre opened on 4 September 1931.

The opening ad states it opened on 4 Feb 1928.
Architect was Walter E. Kelley.

This theatre actually opened on 20 Nov 1913.
