Actually a closer address is 5464 US-11, Ellisville. The drive-in was next to the plaza motel, the roadside marquee still stands and the remains of the concession building also remain.
The entrance road still exists along with possibly the roadside marquee. Also interestingly, the bowling place “Bennington Lanes” is still there and has been there since at least 1965 when the drive-in was still operating.
As of 2016 the concession stand has been demolished with only the foundation remaining and the second screen may still be standing. Ramps are also still there.
The site is now Parks Livestock and it appears the concession building still exists but its been redeveloped into some kind of holding pen for livestock.
Looks like part of it was a used car lot, it can be seen on Google Street view in 2012, they also used the old ticket building (which was large!) as their office. The ticket building was there until at least 2015, the site has now been redeveloped into a gas station/road house.
The site where the drive-in was now appears to be part of Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, so I don’t think anything will be built in it’s place.

The drive-in was there in 1955 and gone by 1971 with only the concession building and screen remaining, by 1993 it appears they were also demolished. Nothing remains of the drive-in today.
It was still there in 1981, may have operated into the early 1980’s? The derelict concession building still exists along with what appears to be the screen foundation and the entrance marquee foundation.
Approximate address appears to be 1012 W Franklin St, Sylvester, GA 31791. Worth County Health Department occupies the site with nothing left of the drive-in, not even the entrance road.

The closest address for this one is Greenway Drive, Big Bear, CA 92315. The drive-in was located at this end of Big Bear Airport where the hangers are and part of the runway. It was there in 1969 but the airport is there in 1995.
Mission Hills Drive runs through the centre of where the ramps were and part of it does appear to be the exit road which is gated off from Mar Vista Drive.

A more accurate address is actually Kicklighter Way, Savannah, GA 31408. This street runs almost directly down the center of where the ramps were.
