According to the Wikipedia page, drive-in theatres in Australia, the Sundown Drive-in opend in 1968, an closed in 1984, is now a caravan park(name unknown). The Sundown Drive-in was located in the Canberra suburb of Narrabundah
The apartments that are there now, are called Equus Apartments(and Equus Arcade?). The photo of Cinema City, and the Equus Apartments(there now), both have Perth Town Hall(across the road) shown reflecting on the windows.
Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre is on the Western side of Blair Street, just north of the Clifton Street roundabout(Close to the back of Grand Cinemas, Bunbury).
The original Fortress hall building also includes a restaurant called City Heart(Indian food)–(48 Pier Street) to the left of the Fortress Hall entrance, as well as the Other restaurant(Sahara – Middle Eastern cuisine) to the right of the Fortress Hall entrance(also 48 Pier Street). The entrance of the Fortress Hall still has the words Salvation Army Fortress above the doorway.
The Mayfair Cinema and Gardens was on the Northern side of Canning Highway, just east of Petra Street. The cinema building is now Jumbo Video, and a tanning salon. The gardens site may now be the other shops or the car park?

The post office has closed and has been taken over by one of the shops in the Medina Green Shopping Centre(unknown which shop?).
The Melody Drive-in might have been run by the same people who ran the Melody Hall and Gardens nearby at Rockingham Beach?
