Address is north east corner of O'Neill Street and Guildford Road. I think the theatre building has not been been demolished, and has been converted into a clothing factory(name unknown?), and a senior citizens centre at tne rear of the building.
The building, formally a video library(name unknown?) is now a frozen yogurt store(Yogurberry)closed down(and empty?), a fish and chip shop(Epping Seafood), closed down(and empty?), and a(now closed and empty) Indian restaurant(name unknown?), and possibly also a health club(Plus Fitness 24/7) and a bakery(Epping Bakery).
The discount chemist(Chemist Warehouse) has moved out to a new a new location(along with the Mcdonalds next door, snd possibly the Hungury Jacks next door on the other side!?) 15o metres away. The theatre may have been demolished to make way for the new Metro Line train works and the the new Pitt Street Train Staion?
I think the building seen in the above photo might be the same one seen in the tv series “Bondi Rescue”. I think this might be the same beach used for the beach volleyball at the 2000 Summer Olympics games in Sydney, Australia?
