Olympia Theatre: The small cinema on the corner Dohnaer / Teplitz road was opened in March 1938th. The architect of the building was Paul Müller, who designed the house in modern and factual forms. Inside the foyer with the Kinokasse was the auditorium with about 500 seats. There was also an apartment on the first floor. The name was presumably based on a film theater founded at the Altmarkt before the First World War. Even after 1945 the game operation was continued in the “Olympia-Kino”. 1995 closed the theater for economic reasons and was rebuilt in the following years for automotive workshop.
The caption included with the circa 1907 picture above reads “Royal Theatre (later renamed the Strand), on the SE corner of Sixth Street Vincennes, Indiana.
813 West 39th Street is the correct address. The Roanoke Theatre became the Tampico Theatre in the late 1940s. The Tampico Theatre showed Mexican motion pictures.

The Aztec Theatre was built in 1927 by Frank Whitney. Mister Whitney also operated the Ritz Theatre at 210 South Main St. in Albany, Texas. The Ritz is still in operation and is currently known as the Whitney Theatre. Can someone add the Ritz/Whitney Theatre?
This one opened on July 3, 1955.
The Markay Theatre reopened in August of 2015 as a live performance venue. Current seating is 280.

The Ritz building is now used as an antique store. The address is 1105 Walnut Street, Centreville, Alabama.

The theatre that was located inside of the Lakeside Amusement Park was the Casino Theatre.
I don’t believe so. The name on top of the marquee in the linked photo looks like Granada to me.
The El Tovar Theatre opened on July 25th, 1929.
