Senate Theater Marquee Neon

DETROIT, MI — The neon marquee letters at the Senate Theater are now working. First time in at least 35 years! Drive by to see it and to visit the Senate for a movie or music show.
The new 40x20 ft movie screen was installed in July 2013.

Good news. Does anyone know If It flashes and are the little up and down lights on the rim sides working? What about the 4 stars do those light up also? Thanks
