Kentucky Theatre to undergo major renovation

LEXINGTON, KY — This is the final weekend to get into the Kentucky Theatre for a while before it closes for a major renovation. They raised over $1 Million through various fundraisers and plan to replace all the seats, upgrade the lighting and restore the marquee. Its neigbhor, the State Theatre, will remain open to play art house fare.
