Tower celebrates 75 years

SACRAMENTO, CA — The Tower Theatre is 75 today and they’re having a day full of screenings today culminating with one of “Algiers,” the film that opened the Tower in 1938. The Modesto Bee published an informative article on the event and some of the more popular engagements over the years.
