County agency provides $350,000 to aid Riviera expansion

NORTH TONAWANDA, NY — Thanks to a $350,000 grant, the Riviera Theatre plans to build a new modern entrance along with possibly a new black-box theater. They’ll use the money so they can demolish a neighboring building and hopefully raise even more money now.
