FLINT, MI — The long closed John Eberson-designed Capitol Theatre is among a dozen or so vacant downtown Flint properties in line for tax incentives proposed by Flint’s emergency financial manager Michael Brown under Michigan’s Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Act. If approved, this can help in the effort to restore the theater.

There are additional details in the Flint Journal.
