Residents leading effort to restore long-closed Westmont Theater to live performance venue

WESTMONT, IL — Local groups are trying to raise money to renovate the Westmont Theatre. They’ve already put together $800,000 but need $400,000 more to reach their goal. The town has a rich music history and wants to make the venue available again for live performances.
