City to appeal to Bay Theatre owner

SEAL BEACH, CA — After being on the market for three years, the city of Seal Beach is trying to ensure the future of the Bay Theatre by getting the owner to preserve it as a historic landmark. Doing this would give it some stability by getting it funding for a restoration along with a tax break.
