I own The Ritz Theatre in Malvern, AR and it is for sale right now. It is a downtown twin with room for a third screen in the old balcony. It was originally a single, but UA split it into three screens in the 80’s. We remodeled in 2004. and are doing a great business, but my wife and I are ready to get into something else, as she has been there 26 yrs. and I have been there 20. I am trying to save the palace and majestic theaters in bridgeport ct. both thearters are in the same building which also cotains a hotel above the thearters Iwould like to restore them and turn them into a comunity art center with the hotel to serve as teaching studios
