Searching for theater to Lease

posted by brianholland on December 2, 2008 at 7:35 am

I had my hands on a great three screen theater in Southeastern VA a few months ago that is still for lease. My backing fell through, so here I am. I’m still seeking a small theater to lease. Willing to look into any locations. I’m not a wealthy guy, but I’ve got a little money to put into this, and great experience. Ready to go, just need to locate the theater that’s right for me. Talk to me soon, please.

Have you checked out the theaters for sale/lease threads at www.bigscreenbiz.com yet?

As well as the 2800 seat Ritz theatre in Elizabeth N.J. Just off a complete refurbish to its original 1920’s glory.

I just saw your post or I would’ve responded sooner. Are you still looking?

How much can you pay for a 330 seater in VA? Are you interested in a share arrangement (you get some days while I use other days)?

Let’s talk….
