Theater needed in New York

Dear All,
I’m looking to purchase a theater in New York in the next month or so to be used for the performing arts. If you have any information on where I should begin my search or specific theatres to look at, please let me know. Thanks so much!

Hi, Christine. I’m not sure if it’s been purchased yet, but in Binghamton (upstate N.Y.) there is the old Strand Theater in which the front was converted for restaurant use years ago, although the original auditorium (in extremely bad shape, from what I’ve heard)still is intact. I saw a sign in the front window that said either it was for sale or lease. Contact me at .com for a little more info that I could give you.
