CHICAGO, IL — A very neat idea from the Chicagoist; they are creating a get well Roger Ebert photo album by asking people to post pictures of them giving the thumbs up.
We created a Flickr set called Get Well Roger and uploaded some pictures of the charming yet goofy Chicagoist writers throwing out the “thumbs up” sign to Rog.
But it’s not enough! So get out your digital camera or your cell phone and snap a picture of yourself flashing the “thumbs up” sign then add it to our Get Well Roger photo group.
For more, visit the Roger Ebert Page at the Sun Times.

I have realized that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate entrepreneurs, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in most real estate transaction, a percentage is paid. Eventually, FSBO sellers will not “save” the payment. Rather, they fight to earn the commission by doing a good agent’s occupation. In doing so, they commit their money and time to perform, as best they could, the jobs of an representative. Those tasks include revealing the home by way of marketing, introducing the home to buyers, constructing a sense of buyer desperation in order to make prompt an offer, organizing home inspections, taking on qualification checks with the lender, supervising maintenance tasks, and facilitating the closing.暑假英文課程
