Single screen independent operating theatre for sale. Located in downtown Paonia on the west slopes of the rockies in Colorado. This theatre was built in 1925 and has been operating (with the exception of a few years in the 80’s) ever since. It has a loyal following of independent film-goers and has shown many hollywood blockbusters on the break in the last few years.
