Does anybody have pictures of this theater? I’m originally from the Northwest Ohio area and willing to give this theater some serious consideration. If anyone can post some pictures that would be very helpful. Also, any idea on the asking price?
Thanks!
HI, First of all this theater is located in Norwalk,Ohio about 15 minutes from Sandusky. Call the telephone number that is listed and they will be able to give you the information on asking price. Also they are willing to set up an appointment for anyone who wants to tour the grounds and theater, without any pressure. Thank-you for taking an interest.
Any pirce set yet on this? Is there a website to view pictures on this?
No web site has been set up yet. Theater appraise at 750,000.00, but they are taking offers at 300,000.00 and up. Thanks for the interest.
Cooki,
I spoke with your brother a couple days ago on the phone. At the time he told me someone was coming in from Detroit I believe. Did the deal happen, or is the theater still for sale? Also, a couple days ago someone wrote that some repairs to the building are needed in the near future. Any comments on this?
Thanks. Steve

The gentleman from Detroit is coming in tonite to talk to my brother and board members. So I will keep you posted on the details. I will also ask my brother about any repairs that may be needed, as I am not familiar with that subject.
Thanks Cooki

You will find a beautiful color picture of this theater. I contacted the owner and he said to please note that the article is wrong in paragraph 3. There are no restrictions with the sale as stated in the article. The buyer can do whatever they want with the theater. Also, there have been improvements, including a new sound system. It is located just a few blocks from the historic district of Norwalk. Hope someone can takeover this beautiful theater.
To all interested buyer’s, the sellers ask me to tell you that this theater has one movie screen. with the possibility of adding one or two more screens. If you are interested please contact 419-668-1641 as the answering machine is always on. Thanks Cooki

I have looked at this theater several times. It’s in great condition and well worth the money. The location is great and if you love classic theaters this is the one for you. My current location prevents me from making an offer at this time, but that may change. I’ve worked with the managment over the last year or two on deal and they are top notch. I’d love to own it, but if I can’t, I don’t mind helping them sell it. It needs to go to a good owner. If you want to see some pictures send me an email at
