The Carmike 7 opened on November 2, 1990 by Carmike Cinemas. On December 20, 1990 it was taken over by Regal. Regal 7 features first run movies, however it is not yet known what will happen when Regal’s New American Mall Stadium 12 opens. Regal 3 is already set to close and Lima already has a 50cent cinema by Teicher Theaters so Regal 7’s use is not known. It had closed by August 2006.

This building appears to have been built by Carmike. Does anybody know if Carmike operated it before Regal acquired it or did Regal do some fancy dealing to get it before it opened?

Opened November 2nd, 1990 and taken over by Regal cinemas on December 22nd.
