Located in the far south of Auckland district of Papakura at the corner of Averill Street and Broadway. The Windsor Theatre was opened by 1950 with it was operated by the Modern Theatres chain. It was still open in 1960. It last operated as the Star Theatre, operated by A.E.Berry & C.W. Wilson. The building still stands in 2006, having recently been occupied by The Model Room which retailed model aiplanes, cars, trains etc.
