Located in the district of Neukolln in the south of the city. The Globus Palast was opened in November 1949. It was designed in a rather austere Streamline Moderne style by architect Erich Goetze. It was closed in 1968 and was converted into a supermarket.

Around 2020 it reopened as The Hole, a live music venue.
