The Patricia Theatre is a short-lived movie theater owned by Herbert Kinley, operating from January 1916 until June 1917. The theater building itself contained on the ground floor of a four-story building between a bank and a clothing store.

After closure, the theater building became a barber shop with a pool room operated by E.H. Adams, who would later open his Palace Theatre in 1923, and the old barber shop/pool room later became a National Trust bank. In recent years it has been a hairdressing academy, a used furniture store a furniture upholstery store and by 2024 a ladies clothing store.
