Gear Theatre

This theater appears on the July 1915 Sanborn. It was located in a large one story wooden structure with a brick front. This building replaced a small wooden bakery shown on the 1905 map. The entry was flanked by two small commercial spaces.

This theater is not listed in the 1914-15 AMPD, but may have been operating under either the Palace or Rink names.

This theater was demolished around 1920 to be replaced by the large stone building on the site today.
