Located in Garvagh, County Londonderry. The Avon Cinema was opened by 1949. It was operated by Ralph Robertson and was equipped with a Kalee sound system.Surviving programme flyers from the 1950’s list films from that era. It was still open in 1969. but had closed by 1980.
The building is now a Eurospar supermarket.
