The First Markham Place was opened by Cineplex Odeon on December 17th, 1988 with 10 screens and closed on April 2nd, 2015 when the new Downtown Markham Cinemas opened. It was the first Cineplex Odeons to have “Sightline Seating”. Its now a spa.
