This small theater appears on the October 1911 Sanborn. It was located in a simple one story brick storefront which which had been recently constructed. This area contained only small wooden shacks on the 1905 map.
Despite a funny dogleg in the south wall, this space contained a long narrow auditorium with a small stage at the rear. If it survived until 1914-15, it may have been the Phoenix Theatre listed in the AMPD. It had definitely closed by 1916, when the map shows a pool room here.
The building today is in good shape, aside from an ugly storefront and awning. It is used as office space.
