Located in the Daniel McIntyre district to the west of Downtown. The Wonderland Theatre was opened in 1913. By 1941 it was operated by the Western Theaters Ltd. They were still the operators in 1950. The Wonderland Theatre was closed in 1956.
It was later demolished and a furniture store was operating at a new building on the site in 2007. That closed in 2015 and it became a Yu-Young International grocery store in 2016, but had closed by 2017. In 2018 it became a Dollarama$Plus supermarket.
