This theater appears to be the only theater on the 1923 (possibly excepting an opera house at 101 E. Main Street). It was a very basic outdoor theater, built between two buildings on the edge of downtown.
By 1935, this space had been filled by a garage/dealership which today serves as the county museum.

Added a map view. Only the garage to the right is shown on the 1911 map. Coldwater does not appear in the 1914-15 AMPD.
