The Folkets Bio Jönköping (People’s Cinema) first launched in the City Library in the Fall of 1985, but relocated to its current location on 25th November 1987 on the site of an old car garage in Kulturhuset. As of 2025, the theatre screens both foreign and international films four-days-a-week from Sundays to Wednesdays.
