The MOVIX Shimizu located on the fourth floor of the S-Pulse Dream Plaza opened its doors on October 8, 1999 with nine screens and 1,950 seats. All of its auditoriums housed four wheelchairs except Screen 9, as Screen 9 only housed two wheelchairs.

Screen 3 is the largest with 422 seats and Dolby 6.1ch Surround EX sound, while the rest of the auditoriums have Dolby 5.1ch Surround Sound, with ranging capacities of 143-225 seats.
