The TOHO Cinemas Kawasaki opened its doors on September 12, 2003 located on the 7th to 9th floors of the Kawasaki DICE, featuring 9 screens and a total capacity of 1,902 seats and 20 wheelchairs.
Screen 5 is the largest with 542 seats and Screen 9 is the smallest with 76 seats. The rest of the auditoriums have ranging capacities of 112-335. Screen 5 also has the largest amount of wheelchairs with four in total, while the rest of the auditoriums have two wheelchairs each. Screen 9 is also originally a Premier screen when it opened. That lasted until December 2015 when it was replaced by installations of MediaMation MX4D.
