The Olympic Theatre was opened on January 8, 1927 with Harry Langdon in “The Strong Man”. It was located on 8th Avenue between Pike Street and Union Street. It was built for E.G. Peters. It was equipped with a Wurlitzer organ. The theatre also contained a billiard room and a card room. It was still open in 1929, but had closed by 1932.
