R/C Theatres opened the Regal Twin Cinemas at the Culpeper Shopping Center’s doors on September 27, 1978 with “Jaws II” in Screen 1 and “Grease” in Screen 2.
R/C operated the theater throughout its life, and the theater closed for the final time on January 3, 1999 after its lease became not renewable and the space was adapted to fit a Food Lion in the shopping center.
