A three hundred seat theater located down the street from Arthur Treadway’s pool hall and bowling alley. The theater operated from 1913 into the early-1930’s.

Actually my previous information was incorrect. When the newspaper mentioned the theater being “below” the pool hall they were saying it was down the street. Davis does go downhill a bit. The theater was two doors to the left of the Fairfax Theatre but the building no longer exists.
