This theater appears on the 1914 Sanborn, replacing a house on the 1908 map. This was a very basic airdome, just a small platform for a screen, with no fence or ticket booth shown.
The 1923 map is not available online, but this had likely been closed for some time when the Victory Theatre was built on this site in 1927.
