Located in the Kreuzberg district to the south of the city centre. The Stella-Palast was opened in 1929. It was designed in an Art Deco style by architects Gustav Neustein & Walter Hamer. Seating was provided for 1,428-seats in the orchestra and 352-seats in the balcony. In 1937 the cinema was given a new facade designed to the plans of architect Bruno Meltendorf and it was renamed Stella-Palast Kino-Variete. The Stella-Palast was closed in 1960.
It was demolished and the site has never been built on, serving as a parking lot for several decades.
