Located on the famed Kurfurstendam in the centre of what became West Berlin. The Emelka-Palast was opened in 1922 with 1,000-seats. It was designed by architect Max Bishoff. In 1925 it was renamed Alhambra Deulig Palast and underwent a remodel in 1928 to the plans of architect Siegfried Ittelson, still seating 1,000 is orchestra and balcony levels. In 1936 it was renamed Tobis-Alhambra.

The building received some damage during World War II, and in 1948 architects Fritz Gaulke & H. Remmelman designed a 310-seat cinema on the site, whilst retaining the original facade of the building. It opened in 1948 as the BonBonniere. It was closed in 1952.

Today the original facade still survives and by 2023 the ground floor was in use as a restaurant.
