Harvey Brooks operated the Grand Vaudeville and Family Theatre, later just the Brooks Theatre, from 1905 through 1907. It was located in the Hohman Block – the west side of Hohman Avenue south of State Street. The theatre featured vaudeville, musical comedy, drama and photo plays. The talent and staff consisted of Brooks and his wife.
