The January 1913 Sanborn shows ‘Motion Pictures’ being shown in a two story brick commercial building, which was constructed sometime between 1892 and 1897.
The 1902 map shows this building vacant, but it’s almost certain that at least one occupant came and went in between. This theater did not last long, and the 1920 map shows a bottling works there. By 1934, it had been demolished to accommodate an expansion of the gas station on the corner. The lot is currently occupied by a garage that appears to be from the 1950’s.

Not that it really matters, but pictures from what seems like the mid ‘60s, going by the cars, show that the foundation was still empty, filled with trash from the gas station next door. I did find a vague reference to the building falling down.
