The Cozy Theatre appears on the 1914 Sanborn in a one-story brick storefront, one of a pair constructed sometime after 1902. It is also listed in the 1914/1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory.
Later maps are not available online, but this was probably closed shortly after the opening of the much larger Cresco Theatre in 1915. The building today is very well kept, and it and the storefront to the south are now a furniture store using the 228 address that originally belonged to the southern portion (the theatre historically was 230).
