The Rogers Theatre appears on the 1926 Sanborn, in the southern portion of the Hunt Brothers building, a small one-story brick commercial block. This building was constructed sometime after 1907 as downtown, which originally faced the railroad tracks along East Street (now Front Street) moved to face the state highway (now US-51).
This would have been a very wide theater compared to its depth, but certainly adequate for a town of less than 1,000 people. It was still open in 1931, but had closed by 1932. The storefront in place looks quite old. The building has some attractive brickwork, and is in good shape, although it seems that this section has long been vacant.

I’m not sure this was the same as the opera house. There was an opera house on the SW corner of Superior and 6th, which was constructed sometime between 1900 and 1907. Still apparently open on the 1926 map. There was a Rogers theater listed from 1928-31, which possibly could be this one.
I’ve added a terrible photo of mine from 2016. The light was wrong, and I’ve tried to brighten it a bit.
