This theatre appears on the 1909 Sanborn, in the eastern half of a two story brick commercial block built sometime between 1893 and 1899, when it held a harness shop.

This theatre was not a success, and the 1916 map shows this space used as a buggy repository. The building today is in decent shape, although the original cornice has been removed, creating a plain and boxy appearance. It held a children’s theatre in 2016, but may now be vacant.
